An MVP grew into a stable cross-platform experience (TV, web, mobile) with EPG, Timeshift, VOD, Parental Control, and a compact design system; a cleaner admin sped go-to-market and lifted ARPU. The UI favors clear focus states and one-press actions over clever navigation. Key insight: remote-first patterns (big focus, predictable left-nav, single-step flows) moved satisfaction more than any new feature.

The funnel was rebuilt with smart filters, an availability-first map, and quick-view cards that keep users in flow. Results: fewer clicks, lower bounce, higher conversion. Key insight: making the map and quick-view the default path unlocked the biggest lift.
